Prince Tony Ezeimo, popularly known as Ikenga-Nimo and Senior Special Assistant to the President of the Senate, has congratulated the Honourable Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu Ojukwu, on the occasion of her birthday.
