A former senator representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Senator Shehu Sani has said that during the End SARS protest in October last year, the North refused to join the protest. The called protest the North to end insecurity in the North the South has also refused to join.
The outspoken former senator representing Kaduna Central made this known via his verified Twitter handle. A Northern group, however, called on the South to join them in a massive protest over insecurity in the North. The silence of the South might be that during the End SARS the North did not join them while they were protesting.
According to Sahara Reporters, a massive protest is ongoing in Abuja. However, it was gathered that the Nigerian police have arrested some of the protesters. Read Shehu Sani tweet below.
