A woman has reportedly left her marriage still a virgin after enduring years of neglect, deception, and mistreatment from her husband.
According to an X user who shared the story, the man — a quiet, respected church member in his mid-40s — had never married before and was said to have been jilted twice in the past. He eventually showed interest in a young lady in her early 20s, also a member of the church. She initially declined his advances, but the church and both families convinced her and her parents to go ahead with the marriage, praising the man’s “good character.”
However, trouble began on the wedding night. The man claimed he was tired and didn’t consummate the marriage. The very next day, he travelled to the U.S. without his wife and refused her request to rent a place of her own, insisting she stay with his parents.
While living with them, she was reportedly subjected to domestic servitude — cooking, cleaning, and running errands under constant supervision. Even when going out, her mother-in-law allegedly followed her.
