Nigeria is one of the most popular and blessed Africa country in the world whom gained Independence from the British colonies in 1960 and later became a republic in 1963.
Earlier in the 90s, little attentions were channeled to women education in the country as they believed that women jobs are mostly done in their husbands house.
However, in recent developments, both men and women are given equal opportunities to education as it is partially believed that what a man can do, a woman can also do.
Currently, the president of the world trade organization is a woman and she has been doing perfectly well since her election as the president.
So in this article, I will be talking about the state with the most educated women in Nigeria according to the latest statistics which was released in 2018.
According to state’s female literacy statistics, Imo State are are leading with a 98.2% literacy rate, followed by Abia state with 98.2% and Rivers state with 98.1%.
States like anambra and Enugu also has alot of educated women but are slightly behind Imo State.
