The leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, while speaking in a radio broadcast on Sunday said that Eastern Security Network is taking drastic measures to ensure that the forest reserve of the southeast region of the country is secured from hoodlums and criminals. He also assured the Igbo people that the Eastern Security Network is determined to ensure that their land is well protected from foreign criminals. According to him, the Eastern Security Network will continue to protect the people of Biafra as it has always done.
Nnamdi Kanu went further to say that there is a need for a strong, youthful and vibrant leader to rise up in the middle belt region of the country and fight for the rights of the people of that region. He also said that it gladdens his heart that Nigerians are beginning to see that they have one common enemy, which is a group of rapists and murderers who want to forcefully take control of the country.
