Wizkid announced his second o2 arena show on the 5th of June.
Early bird presale tickets were released for £40 and these completely sold out by the end of the week, 13th June. Now it seems general release tickets are about to be sold out too. Prices range from £58 (floor standing) to £277 (VIP package).
I decided to check the ticketing page, only 30 tickets were being advertised. I then checked the full view sitting chart as shown below. The grey sections are sold. And the blue sections are the ones dt still have some empty seats. The total empty seats counted in the blue sections were just 298 as follows:
Section 112 – 26 tickets left
Section 111 – 8 tickets left
Section 110 – 71tickets left
Section 109 – 21 tickets left
Section 107 – 4 tickets left
Section 106 – 2 tickets left
Section 105 – 1ticket left
Section 104 – 38 tickets left
Section 103 – 47 tickets left
Section 102 – 26 tickets left
Section 101 – 54 tickets left
I’m just going to be very liberal and round this figure up to 1000 to account for remaining standing tickets . That means about 90% of these tickets have been sold. What makes this impressive is:
– He’s not announced any supporting acts yet
– He’s not released his new album
– He has also recently deleted all posts on his instagram page, so is not actively advertising this show.
