Firemen have curtailed a fire at Owode Onirin on Ikorodu Road, Lagos.
Some shops and a bank branch are affected.
The cause of the fire is not known yet. No casualties, according to Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA).
We need to pay more attention to combustible materials these days when nature seems to be angry – it’s damn too hot.
Kudos to Lagos emergency responders at the scene, the police, LASTMA and others who stopped the fire from spreading.
