The Supreme Court of Nigeria has affirmed the David Mark–led leadership of the ADC in appeal SC/CV/180/2026.
The apex court set aside the lower court rulings and held that the dispute is an internal party affair, limiting judicial interference.
This effectively upholds the current leadership structure and strengthens David Mark’s position.
The ruling is expected to stabilize the party ahead of the 2027 elections
