Real Madrid skipper Sergio Ramos has had his say on the transfer rumours linking Jose Mourinho with a return to the club.

Former Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has been linked with the managerial job at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu as a replacement for Zinedine Zidane.

French football legend Zidane is in his second spell as the Real Madrid manager following his reappointment in March.

Recent reports claimed that Zidane could be sacked after Real Madrid’s average start to the season as compounded by the Champions League defeat to French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG).

Zidane and his Real Madrid players were beaten 3-0 by PSG.

Sergio Ramos spoke about Jose Mourinho immediately after Sunday’s away win over Sevilla.

According to him, he’s indifferent about the links involving the Portuguese tactician and a possible return to Real Madrid.

Sergio Ramos and Jose Mourinho didn’t have the best of relationships while the latter was the Real Madrid manager between 2010 and 2013.

During his time at Real Madrid, Mourinho led the Spanish giants to three successive Champions League semifinal spots as well as the 2011/12 Spanish La Liga title.

For now, Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane is safe after the club went to the top of the league table on Sunday as a result of the slim 1-0 win over hosts Sevilla.
