A fresh wave of drama has hit the Nwoko household as Rita Daniels, mother of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, publicly called out her billionaire son-in-law, Senator Ned Nwoko, accusing him of exploiting her daughter’s fame and finances.
In a viral video circulating online, Rita Daniels could be seen fuming in anger while staging a protest after two of her children her eldest son and daughter were allegedly arrested on the orders of Ned Nwoko.
During her outburst, the aggrieved mother alleged that Ned Nwoko used Regina’s rising star to revive his dwindling popularity, claiming that Regina even donated a whopping $50,000 (about ₦77.5 million) to support his election campaign.
“Ned, which money do you have? Regina is the one covering you. The same way you went up, you will come down!” she shouted.
