Residents of Delta State have criticised occupants of an APC-branded bus after the vehicle was seen passing through the Agbarho Road amid concerns over the condition of the major road.
In a viral video circulating on social media, residents could be heard directing angry remarks at those inside the bus as it passed through the area.
“Failure, shameless APC, look at the current condition of the road you people are passing through to go and campaign,” one of the voices in the video said.
The reaction appeared to focus on the state of the road, with residents using the passing campaign vehicle to draw attention to the difficulties faced by commuters and motorists in the area.
The criticism comes amid fresh reports of severe disruption along the Agbarho-Ughelli corridor. On Tuesday, a collapsed culvert and a broken-down tanker reportedly caused major traffic gridlock, leaving motorists and passengers stranded for hours.
Recent flooding has also affected Agbarho, with portions of the East-West Road reportedly washed away or rendered difficult to navigate, further disrupting movement in the area.

The viral footage has generated reactions online, particularly as political parties intensify grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general elections.
However, the identities of the people inside the APC-branded bus and the exact circumstances surrounding the journey were not established from the video alone.
